We’re David and Nicole, the married owners of Apartment 23.

Several years ago, back in 2011, we were fortunate enough to be able to seize an opportunity of a lifetime when apartment number 23 at Royal Palms came up for sale and we managed to buy a home from home in one of our favourite holiday spots.

We had always wanted a place in the sun.

We wanted a holiday home for our own personal use and to rent out to similar minded people when the apartment was free.

Consequently, the apartment is equipped to a high standard and extremely well maintained.

The complex is very quiet, well maintained and enjoys mature planting throughout. The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom apartment. It has a large balcony with space for outdoor dining and sunbathing which enjoys the sun from late morning onwards.

Regularly used by ourselves, the apartment is extremely well equipped and is also visited by a number of regular clients who also treat the apartment with respect.

Guests can expect a well-appointed and equipped apartment with lots of extras including a courtesy call to ensure you enjoy the best stay possible.

We provide guests with a comprehensive and well-received, detailed local information pack prior to arrival and upon arrival there will be the much-praised Welcome Pack of goodies in the apartment, so you can have a moment of peace and don’t need to rush to the shops for the essentials.
