Passarela Oasis Shopping Center is a small shopping centre with underground Car Park located a couple of minutes walk from the apartment at 23 Royal Palm.
Nicole and myself (David) normally visit our apartment several times a year, so consequently, it has everything we can think of to make this more like a home from home – not only for us, but for all our guests, many of whom visit year on year.
The airport transfer is just 20 minutes by car… a real bonus if you arrive tired from your journey.
Located off the central courtyard with its quiet seating area, surrounded by trees, plants and greenery, Number 23 is centrally situated between the two pool areas of the relaxing Royal Palm apartment complex. Inside, the rooms are bright, spacious, inviting and well-equipped.
With its own large patio, there’s plenty of opportunity for sun-bathing on the two comfy loungers and plenty of space to unwind. You might dine around the table for four, enjoying an al fresco meal made with fresh produce and familiar ingredients from the numerous shops and the quality supermarket a few minutes walk away.
Located ten-minute stroll downhill to the town’s bustling beach harbour and, with lots of local bars and great restaurants even closer, you may prefer to spend your evenings kicking back in a friendly bar before returning back to the peace and quiet of the complex.
The apartment is serviced by the Royal Palm letting agent, so you can rest assured there’s friendly, professional support close-at-hand during your visit.

The apartment’s large bedroom has ample space for a King Size Double Bed with comfortable mattress and is presented for your arrival with fresh linen, a low-tog (but reassuringly thick) duvet, covers, 4x deep pillows and additional blankets in the wardrobes, if required.
For those staying over 7 days, all bedding, linen, and towels (including the supplied beach towels) are exchanged on the 7th day for fresh, clean replacements.
Two large built in wardrobes (with wooden hangers and trouser and skirt hangers) provide ample shelving and hanging space for all the clothing you may bring for even the longest of visits. They are also large enough to store luggage.
A guest security safe is located in the bedroom.
There’s more storage in the two, double-drawer bedside cabinets and large six-drawer cabinet positioned below the two bedroom windows which are framed by pinch pleat blackout curtains.
A medium height cupboard contains an easily opened Z-bed, suitable for a young child. Even when opened, the room is sizeable enough that plenty of visible floor space remains.
A baby’s cot is also available if requested when booking, for a small family with a very young child. This would be prepared and situated in the bedroom for your arrival.

Fully refurbished in 2018 and tiled throughout, the apartment’s beautiful, fresh and modern bathroom has been designed with hygiene and practicality in mind.
The wet-room-inspired, walk-in shower has no tray to step up onto and is easily accessible.
A large, reinforced glass screen keeps the room feeling ‘open plan’ whilst reducing water from the shower splashing onto the rest of the bathroom’s floor.
A ceiling-hung, rain shower provides a relaxing downpour of hot water, whilst a hand held shower with variable nozzle-head provides extra flexibility, eg. when just wanting to rinse or washing feet.
In addition to the sleek WC, the room is completed by a modern, wall-mounted vanity unit with drawer for toiletries and a large, high-quality, vitreous china basin providing plenty of room for your bits and bobs.

The spacious living area of the apartment stretches from the entrance hallway through to the patio doors that lead onto the terrace and railed front garden. The apartment and patio is all on one level.
The patio doors, white-cream interior decor and pale furniture create a bright and airy space, whilst the porcelain flooring is easy to clean and helps keep the room feeling cool on hot days. There is a ceiling fan in the living room to provide additional cooling, if needed.
The triple and double sofas are very comfortable, and are great to settle down in front of the HD TV watching all the main English TV channels (and a selection of satellite channels such as Sky Sports Select and Euro Sport) or watch a DVD on quieter nights in, whilst the bookcase contains plenty of books and board games that can be played around the large coffee table.
With a reliable, speedy broadband Wi-Fi Internet Access (suitable for remote office working) you can stay connected and entertained during your stay abroad.

With ample cupboard space, all the cutlery and utensils most people need to cook up all kinds of meals and kitchen equipment including large fridge-freezer, large electric oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and even a coffeemaker, you can be sure every meal, from breakfast through to supper, can be made with the minimum of fuss, right from the moment you arrive.

The apartment enjoys a large, tiled, private-balcony, accessible through the double patio doors from the lounge, with space for outdoor dining and sunbathing which enjoys the sun from late morning onwards.
Enjoy the Canary-Isle sunshine whilst relaxing on the sun loungers with a cool drink on the patio. If the sun gets too much, roll out the sun awning for a bit of shade Then round off your day watching the sunset in your own little space of peace and quiet.

Royal Palm is a quiet complex, your refuge from the turmoil and tension of the 21st century intended for comfortable living. Designed to feel welcoming, relaxed, safe and secure, the complex includes 2 pools (one with a Child’s pool). One of the pools is heated during the winter months, ensuring comfortable swimming temperatures throughout the year.
The pools are patrolled by a lifeguard from 10.00am to 6pm and there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols by the pool, so beds are nearly always available.
The complex is situated within a ten minute walk of Los Christianos’ bustling main beach front and is described as an oasis of calm surrounded by excellent restaurants, small stores and large well-stocked, supermarkets and food-stores.

23 Royal Palm is ideally located, with a good supermarket round the corner and several bars and restaurants close by. It’s just a ten-minute stroll to get to the main beach, harbour, or old town centre of Los Christianos.
Our apartment and the two pool areas are located on the ground floor of the complex.
The nearest entrance (30 meters away) has a sloped ramp as well as steps.
There is a route from the complex entrance to our apartment which does not involve any steps. However, there is a small step (approx 10cms) at the front door.
The doors in the apartment are wide enough for most wheel chairs – we can provide exact measurements if required.
